One of the best things you can do at this time of year is celebrate the achievements in your business and write down all your personal and professional wins!
Why? Because you’ve done a lot, even if it doesn’t feel like it, and you may have forgotten some major wins and achievements from the start of the year.
So I’m encouraging you to celebrate achievements and your wins, write yours down too and then share them. Here is what I’m most proud of this year – and considering I was in lockdown for more than 267 days in 2021, there is a lot to be grateful for!
Take time to celebrate achievements on a personal level
Being in lockdown for most of this year meant I had to find ways to make my days interesting and fun!
First of all I want to acknowledge that we all survived as a family living, schooling and working together for six months in lockdown.
In that time I got into a fantastic routine of 3x weekly walks to and around the botanic gardens in my local government area. I made this a new routine of walking 3x times a week.
It was my second year selling succulents from my driveway and now my son and I are also selling bath bombs from the driveway too! My little drive way business is expanding!
And I learned how to use Doterra oils to make natural perfumes and bath bombs, and also in cooking and cleaning.
Take time to celebrate achievements on a business level
Using my own systems and process I was able to hit my sales target and I also started offering additional OBM and business systematise services. Creating a new website also created an extra line of income for me with the shop.
It’s been exciting to celebrate my third year of business together with EC Writing Services and my second year of business together with Online Business Liftoff. I love working with ideal clients!
Plus, I added two casual team members to the REAVA Solutions team and took on an additional three new retainer clients.
On a growth level, I completed six skills training courses to supplement my skills and knowledge and I was proudly nominated for an award.
What wins and achievements have you had this year? I’d love you to share them with me here.
